I’m going to get five teeth removed, and I need advice?
When the dentist removes teeth they generally use a local anesthesia this will make the process of having your teeth removed as pain free as possible. After the oral surgery is done they will give you care instructions on what to do and not to do to make healing process as quickly as possible. They may prescribe a pain killer for you to use after the surgery. The pain killers are normally stronger then what you would be able to buy over the counter. People handle pain differently. So it is hard to say how you will feel. You may see that you are not in any real pain to worry about what they prescribe to you not working. However, if what they give you does not seem to be effective then call your dentist that treated you and see if they can issue a stronger pain medicine. I hope this has helped
