Coffee drinker. What would you say is the best toothpaste to use?
I love my morning coffee as well and my after diner coffee. I know that coffee can stain your teeth but I do not want to stop drinking coffee. What is the best toothpaste that a coffee drinker like myself can use. I can not afford to get my teeth whiten. Beside they would only get stain again since as I said I am not stopping my coffee drink ways. I am just looking for a tooth paste product that may help keep them from getting to bad.

Try using Ultrabrite whitening toothpaste. I find at least for myself that it worked better than some of the more expensive top brands.

Arm and Hammer toothpaste is good for smokers and coffee drinkers. Also try to drink your coffee though a straw. That will help to keep the coffee off of your teeth. I know it may seem weird for hot coffee but you can get use to it. I do that and my teeth are really white.

I suggest if you are a coffee drinker, try brushing your teeth after breakfast and dinner. You may find that faster you bush your teeth after having your coffee your teeth will not get as stained. I think any whiten toothpaste will work, if you remember to brush after having your morning and nightly fix.

What I like to use is Colgate Total Plus Whitening. If your teeth are already stained from drinking coffee then you may what to whiten them first with Crest White Strips. Then help keep them white by using the toothpaste. This seems to work for me. I drink coffee and soda so it is important to be on top of things.

Like you I enjoy my morning coffee. I started to notice that my teeth were not as white as I would have liked them to be. I tried the over the counter toothpaste with whiten but never really saw much of a difference. I did not want to give up my coffee either, so I when to my dentist and talk to him about this problem.
After seeing him I felt it was best to have my teeth whiten by him. In order to maintain my new white smile, he gave me a prescription tooth pasted that I could use. My teeth have stay white ever since. This way was not cheap, but in the long run I felt it was best. I am in the public eye at my job and could not afford to have yellow looking teeth.
