Do you brush your teeth before or after eating
It funny I do not remember how my conversation with my friends turned into when we brush our teeth. Some how it did and I found out that my friends brush before eating breakfast but after dinner. That is a little odd to me. If you brush before breakfast would not your food taste funny? Besides is not he point of brushing your teeth to get food off that got stuck there after eating.
Brushing after dinner sounds right to me but what if you eat late at night. The the time frame from dinner to breakfast does not see all that long to me. Is that how you brush your teeth too? Just wondering how other people brush.

Well for the most part I think people may brush their teeth before breakfast just because of the morning mouth issue. Even if you do brush your teeth at night, you still wake up with the morning mouth yuck.
I brush my teeth after I eat breakfast since I live alone and do not have to worry about offending a roommate or partner.
As for a night I brush after I eat dinner unless I am going out to eat then before.

I have a wife so I do brush right when I wake up which is before I eat breakfast, it does not make my food taste funny. Well unless I have orange juice or something like that. After breakfast I will rinse my mouth out just to have the clean feeling.

I would have to say that there is no right or wrong time to brush your teeth. The important part is that you are brushing them at least twice a day.
I brush or try to brush after every meal. That means that I am brushing at least three times a day. Just take care of your teeth that is what counts.
