If Carrots are good for your eyes, and Apples keep the docotor away, what is good for your teeth?
I really would like to know if there is any one good thing that makes your teeth stronger or healthlier. I like only having natural foods and do not like using products that have to many clemicals. Toothpaste has fluoride which is really bad for you and is in mouthwash and even tap your water as well as many other products. I am trying to ween myself from fluoride products in order to have good teeth.

Just eating healthy foods would be good for your over all heath. I can not think of one food item that is good for just your teeth.
Even good food can cause tooth decay if you are not taking care of your oral health by brushing and flossing daily and see your dentist at least twice a year. If you just take care of your teeth you can have sugary food once in while without it being an issue.

Fruits, vegetables, nuts, cheese and milk are foods that are good for strong, healthy teeth. Drink water more often too water is not only good for cleaning your teeth and clearing away excess food bits, but is good for your over all health.
