There is a right way to brush and floss your teeth. Knowing how to brush and floss the right way is a big part of good oral health. Brushing your teeth with fluoride toothpaste is your best bet when it comes to keeping your teeth in tip-top shape. A worn toothbrush will not do a good job of cleaning your teeth.
