If i only dip(chew, whatever) 3-4 times a week and brush your teeth and gums twice a day is that even that bad?
Chewing will stain your teeth. You would need to keep up on trying to keep them white if that is what you meant by being bad. I would suggest that maybe brush after chewing. That may help. As well as using a product with whiting.
