What can cause braces to stay on longer?
As long as you follow the instructions laid out to you by your orthodontic, you should not have to worry about them staying on too much longer the the projected time frame. However, you may have to your braces in longer if you do not ware the attachments given (ie headgear, rubber bands etc.) or do not following the treatment plan.
