Is it good or bad ? I do not understand what the dentist is telling me
This may seem silly now that I will say this but it is true: Ask your dentist that will be doing the work that you are going to have done. Normally a dentist will explain things to you using their terms. Unless you let them know that they are speaking “Greek” to you, they will not know that you do not have a full understanding of what they are explaining. Keep asking questions until you understand what they are talking about.
The dentist will not mind explaining things to you until you fully understand. This not only helps you but them as well. That way their is a meeting of minds and no confusion latter.
