Where to go? Is the technology available to have implants placed at the time of extraction and are there any dentists willing to do this pro-bono or at least cheaply?
One of my friends had nine teeth removed at once and although she did not get implants she did get her partials in on the same day. However she did have insurance and it still was not cheep, about 250.00 per tooth. You may be able to find a dental school that can do the work at a low cost. But I do not know about getting implants for free and or cheep. maybe you will be able to get dentures at a low cost. Call some schools and check around see what they will offer you. Good luck to you
