I am 14 still sucking my thumb can this cause me to have teeth problems?
You can have protenial damage from sucking your thumb. Thum sucking may cause problems with the improper growth of the mouth and alignment of the teeth. It can also cause changes in the roof of the mouth. Maybe one way to get you to stop sucking your thum a night would be to wear a glove or to get a mouth guard.
