What to eat if you just start wearing braces? My mouth is a bit tender.
Until your teeth adjust to the braces you may be a little sore. So eating softer foods may help you get though that time period.

What I like to eat when I first had my braces where foods like pudding, apple sauce, mash potatoes, mac and cheese, yogurt, and soup. Really anything soft you may like should be fine.
