I just wanted to say thanks for all the good advise on my question about grinding teeth. I am definitely going to looking into what everyone suggested. I also will take the issue a little more serious. This was a very helpful web site. Everyone that took the time to reply to my question was very nice and thoughtful. I have used other blog sites that people were just either not helpful at all or out right rude.
