Why are my teeth sensitive to gum or gummies?
At first I thought it might be the sugar that is causing my teeth to be sensitive. Since they hurt when I chew gum or caramel, or even gummies. So I tried to change to sugar free gum and gummies to see if that helped but my teeth still hurt a little from chewing even sugar free. I go to the dentist and I do not have any cavities. In fact the dentist says my teeth are very healthy and that I do take good care of them. So what up with being sensitive to chewy things.

Even though you may have changed to sugar free gum and or gummies your teeth can still be sensitive to the sweetness that is either the sugar or the sugar substitute. If you still wish to eat or chew on gum and gummies then you can try to use a toothpaste product for sensitive teeth and see if that helps.
