Can my dentist be a bad person?
I go to my dentist around every 6 months or so. Each time I go he has a different staff working there. This bothers me since I feel that I just get to know someone and they are not there the next time I go. I do not have any problems with my dentist is fact he is a very good dentist and I like his work. That is why I do keep going back to him.
However, I can not help but wonder why his staff member keep quitting on him. Is he a bad person? His he not nice to his staff ? Am I seeing a dentist that just is not a good person? He does not seem like he is so hard to get along with but then I do not work for him. Maybe I should re-think going to a dentist that can not keep his staffing.

What is the problem? The most important issue is that you have a dentist that does good work. Sometimes that in and out of it self is a hard thing to do.
You are not going to the dentist office to make friends with his staff. In theory you are going there to get work done. Heck I have been going to the same dentist for over ten years now. Beside my dentist’s name, I do not know the name of the girl that answer the phone nor do I care to.
The only thing important to me about the dental staff is that they know how to book my appointment, and they do not mess up in sending out my claim to my insurance carrier.
Don’t get me wrong I not saying their job is not important it is just not important to me unless it effects me. I am there to see the dentist. He is the guy with sharp tools in my mouth.

Well part of the issue maybe be that he has a bigger staff then you are aware of. You only go once every 6 months. Possible that when you go the people that you saw the first time are just off that day.
You can try to see just by asking your dentist something like I have not seen so and so lately. Where have they been. He may just say they are off today or on vacation or even that they did find a different job.
Try not to assume that your dentist must be a bad person just because his staffing may change or not working when you are there. You like him is not that what counts?
