I am a smoker, but that does not stop me from wanting to have white teeth. I am wondering if there are any products which can help me get my teeth whiter again? I have used many different toothpaste that have whiting but they do not work. Any advise or suggestions would be good. I just want white teeth like everyone else
Just seems to me you should get your health squared away first before considering a polishing act. If your teeth are yellow find the cause first and deal with it. Nothing personal but — doesn’t the smoking effects bother you more than the white teeth issues?
Your teeth look pretty white to me. Maybe you are over doing it and should consider not smoking instead? I also would recommend using mouth wash on a regular basis as it might help knock down some of the bacteria.
I would suggest using whiting strips in Crest, or having a dentist whiten your teeth. However that being said both may whiten your teeth but it is the smoking that is staining them in the first place. I am not going to preach to you to stop that is your choice. Only know that you may never have really white while you are still a smoker.
It is hard to keep white teeth with just our normal everyday eating habits. So when you add smoke it makes the job that much harder to do. I know my husband is a smoker. He smoke about two to three cigarettes a day.
You would however never know that from his teeth that are really white. He works hard at keeping them that way. He bushing sometimes right after smoking. He has these one use tooth brushes that you can use without water. He using whiting strips about twice a year.
I wish he would just quit smoking like some of your replies have said to you. The fact of the matter is he has no intentions right now of quitting.
