Braces are hurting me
Braces are giving me pain
I just go my braces on about two day ago I thought by now I would stop being in pain. However, I still in pain to the point that it hurts to eat or talk or really open up my mouth. I have tried using Orajel and Tylenol but it does not last long. The dental wax is annoying and it bugs the heck out of me. Any advise on what I can do?

Having braces can be a pain. Give your teeth time to adjust to the braces. As far as your mouth hurting I am sorry but the dental wax is very useful if used. It helps smooth the roughness of your braces and keeps them from rubbing your mouth raw. It time your mouth will also adjust to your braces and you will not need to use the was as much if at all.

Hey Matt you so need to give it some more time man. I had my braces and it took like a month for my mouth to adjust. Advile worked for me, but you do need to use the wax if your braces are scratching up the inside of your mouth.
