Braces at 35 years old
How old is too old for braces
I am going to be going to be turning 35 next month. I have had crooked teeth since I was a child. I am seriously thinking about getting braces to fix them now that I can afford to see an orthodonic dentist. I am worried a little that people will think that I am too old for braces. I work as a sales rep so many people would see me with braces. I would like to know what other people think about getting braces at such an old age.

Get the braces if you can afford them. Crooked teeth are more distracting then braces. I would not think that any adult would even say any thing about you getting braces other then maybe to say how great it is that you are able to fix your teeth.

Do not worry about getting braces. The more important part is that you will be fixing your crooked teeth. I do not think braces are just for kids. If you can afford to have them get them. In the end your teeth will look so much better then they do now.
