Bad breath worries
What are some helpful tips for bad breath?
I brush my teeth twice a day and still worry that I may have bad breath. What are some of the things I can do to make my breath smell better? Are there food I should not eat or try to stay away from that would cause me to have bad breath? I do not eat garlic so I know it is not that. Any helpful tips would be nice thank you.

Mouthwash use it before you go to leave the house in the morning. During the day there are many sugar free choice of mints and or gum you can also use to control bad breath.
I find that if I eat food like onions, eggs, or tuna fish my breath is not so good. I will either brush my teeth right away after having those types of food or use a mint if I am out and can not brush right afterwords.

You can get bad breath for many reason besides not brushing or flossing your teeth. Yes there will be foods that may make a person breath smell as well.
I think for the most part you are aware of it when you breath stinks due to food you just ate. Other reason for bad breath can be due to upset stomach, tooth decay, and sinus issues.
If you can rule out these other factors for bad breath. Then talk to your doctor see what he/she can suggest.
