Good dental hygiene
What to do for good dental hygiene?
Okay I just got back from my dentist to day, and was told I did not have good enough dental hygiene. My teeth are okay just one small cavity, so I am not sure why he saying that I do not take good enough care of my teeth. I told him I brush every day twice a day. So not even sure why I have a cavity in the first place.
He said brushing is not enough. I needed to floss too. That I am going to get gingivitis if I do not floss. Okay so who knew flossing was just a big deal. I though as long as I am brushing my teeth I would be okay. So what else should I start doing so that I do not get gingivitis and have my dentist yell at me again?

Flossing is a big deal because it get the food bits between your teeth that brushing can not always get. If you are not already using mouthwash, try get once that fights gingivitis.

Well now you should know like most people do that flossing is also important if you want to keep having healthy teeth and gums.
Just start flossing along with brushing at least twice a day. I am sure if you start doing that much your dentist will notice the difference.
