Cold sore do I go to my dentist about this
Should I worry that I have a cold sore.
I was out last night and met up with this one guy. He was really cute and we hit it off right away. He took me home but before I went in we made out in the car for a while. He had a scruffy beard and mustache. When I woke up this morning I had a cold sore on my mouth that was not there before. I do not know what to do. Do I see a dentist? since it is on the inside of my month and gums? What can a dentist give me for it?

For started do not pick up on strange guys cute or not. You never know what you may end up with. It sounds like you just got a cold sore.
Trying using Orajel to help clear it up. If you see that is is not healing in a day or two or if you get more then go see a doctor about it. I do not thing a dentist can do any thing for a cold sore.

Well JoAnn I am not going to preach to you about random hook ups. I think you should know by now all the risks you are taking.
A cold sore is just a minor one. He could have had a cold sore you fail to see when you were making out with him. Hence why you now have one yourself.
I say if you do not see it clearing up in a day or two have it check out by a doctor.
