My teeth are killing me
My braces are hurting me
I do not know why but my braces are hurting my teeth. It is really weird when I do nothing and just try to leave them alone my teeth hurt like heck. When I drink cold water the pain lessen and when I use ice the pain goes away until the ice melts. What can I do to stop this crazy pain?

Well sorry you do not give enough information for me to really try and answer your question. Would need to know why your braces are hurting you? Did you just get them put on? Or did you have them adjusted. Either can make your teeth sore.
Possibly reason why cold water or ice is helping you with your pain, is because to some degree it’s numbing your mouth which in turn is helping reduce your pain.
I would see about taking to Advile or something like that to see if that helps. Otherwise go to your dentist.
