Braces and Flossing
Braces and flossing not so easily done.
I have had braces now for about a year with at least another year to go. I just got back from my dentist that say I have the starting of gingivitis in the back of my mouth by my molars. She says I am not flossing good enough. I am tyring but it is very hard to floss in the back with braces on. Does anyone know a special trick for flossing your teeth when you have braces.

The have specials floss picks for braces. See if your orthodontic has them sometimes they do but you have to ask for them. Otherwise check your local drug store they normally will carry them
