How can I stop grinding my teeth
Night time teeth grinding.
I think that I have been grinding my teeth at night while I sleep. I have notice that in the morning my jaw seems sore but given enough time I am find for the rest of the day. I do not want to grind down my teeth but how can I stop something I am doing in my sleep?

You can go to your dentist and be fitted for a night guard for your teeth to wear while you are asleep. Or you can spend much less by buying an over the counter night guard at your local drug store.
I would suggest trying one you can just buy at the local drug store first, if you do not like it they go to your dentist to be fitted for one.
