Brushing to hard not what to do
I think I am brushing to hard
I may be brushing to hard but normally I am just rushing trying to get things done. I go to the dentist and I am told I have good teeth and gums. However the dental hygienist thinks I have a cavity. My dentist says I do not but that I am wearing down my enamel on my teeth. What can I do to get it back or to protect my teeth from getting cavities.

One I would believe the dentist over the dental hygienist. I am surprised you have an hygienist that is giving you their opinion over what the dentist is saying you have.
If you feel however conflicted now over what you are being told I would get a second opinion from a different dental office.
You may also want to ask your dentist about dental sealants. Sealants will help protect your teeth from tooth decay if you enamel is being worn off.

If you are brushing so hard that you wearing down your tooth enamel, try to be a little more a wear of how you are brushing. Also you may want to use a softer bristle brush.
I too suggest that you look in sealants
