I would advise just using toothpaste with whitening any brand is okay they are all the same for the most part. There are also mouthwash with whitening that may also help speed up the whitening process.
Keep in mind that whiten you teeth this way will not happen over night. So you would need to give it time before you may see any difference.

Well I use Chest Whiten Strips. They seem to work for me and they are not too costly when you figure out how much it is to get your teeth whiten at a dentist.
I would advise staying away from the tooth whiten products you can get on line. I have read many blog about them be scams. Just go to your local drug store and get an over the counter whiten strip product.

My advise would be to save your money and get them whiten by a dentist. Using products that are not meant to be used as teeth whiten products is not a good idea.
Sure you can say that people use to use baking soda to whiten their teeth but that is because they did not have toothpaste like they have now. Baking soda straight out of the box is an abrasive which over time can wear down your tooth enamel.
Look into most home remedy and you will see that over time they indeed can cause damage to your teeth.
