Wanting to speak correctly with a retainer
Need a fast way to learn how to speak with a retainer
I just got my retainer and I dislike that I can not talk like normal. Does anyone have any tips on how to learn out to talk normally with a retainer in your mouth? Any fast and easy tips that will get me talking like before I had to wear the retainer? The faster the better. So any advise would be nice

Well I am not sure how fast it is but practices talking. You can do this when ever you have down time. If you do not want to just say random words then read a book out loud. More you practice the better you will get.
