Receding gums what can I do?
How do I fix receding gums?
I take good care of my teeth and have not cavities on any of my adult teeth. I brush two to three time a day and always wash my mouth out with Listerine. I floss once a day before going to bed. Even after doing all this I have been noting that my gums on my bottom front teeth have be receding. It is making me upset and worried I do not smoke so I can not understand why this is happening to me. Is there anything I can do?

Well sometimes receding gums happen with age. Talk to your dentist and see what they suggest

Receding gums can happen just because of your age. Try talking to your dentist about it. See what they can suggest.
