How often do you brush your teeth
I brush my teeth up to four to six times a day. People around me say that is just to much and I could be wearing down my tooth enamel. I only brush after a eat anything that seems to make sense to me. I do not want food in between my teeth do I? It seems wrong to me that people say they brush their teeth less times.

Well I brush my teeth about two to three time a day. I do not feel that you have to brush after you eat anything. That can be an inconvenience. Besides that is what floss is for.
However, I think you should do what you feel is right for you. It is better to brush more then less that is for sure.
