Just got my dental braces
Need good food ideas
I am in need of good ideas of what I can eat. Just got my braces on a few days ago and my teeth are sour and hurting me still. All I have been eating so far is mac and cheese and soup. I and getting tired of both. What else can I eat that will not make my teeth hurt so much?

Well you can really eat anything soft why your mouth is still sore. Jello, pudding, mash potatoes, cream of wheat, and oat meal.
Your teeth and jaw should adjust to having the braces soon enough. Then you can eat like normal again.

Well you should be feeling better soon. See if Advil or Tylenol will help with the pain. Some of the soft food I an think of would be. Caned fruit such as peaches, pears, and pineapple may work for you.

I like mash potatoes, peas, cream of corn, rice crispy cereal is not bad either. I say just eat what you want and if it bothers you do not continue to eat it.
