How do you keep your teeth white
Just whiten my teeth at the dentist
So I spent a good sum of money having my teeth whiten by my dentist. Right now they look great and I am very pleased with the out come. However, not wanting to have to pay that much money again how do I maintain my now very white and preety teeth color. I do not wnat to stain them up again over time.

Well no smoking or chewing
try not to drink coffee or soda if you have to drink them though a straw.
brush your teeth after eating. You may want to use toothpaste with whiten.
Do not forget to floss
Really just having good dental hygiene will help you keep your teeth white.

Avoid things that would stain your teeth in the first place. Such as smoking, coffee, tea etc. You may want to brush with whiten toothpaste. Though my experience is that whiten toothpaste does not do much.
If you see that your teeth are starting to get darker or yellow then use whitening strips to maintain your white teeth.
