Need a dental filling done
I have a cold but have an dental appointment
I have a filling that is going to get filled tomorrow. I also have a small cold. I am not big time sick or anything so do you think it is okay to keep my dental appointment. If I cancel I would have to wait another week before getting another dental appointment.

The correct thing to do is call before your dental appointment and tell them that you are at the end of your cold and would like to keep your dental appointment. Ask them if they are okay with you doing that.

I think you can just go to your appointment. Unless you are non stop coughing or something like that I do not see the problem. Most dentist wear face masks anyway.

You need to call the dentist and ask them if it is okay. I think it is only fair to warn the dentist that you are sick. Even if face mask is worn my the dentist not everyone in the dental office is going be wear a mask.
I am sure people do go to their dental appointment sick but I bet the dentist does not like it. If I knew you were sick I would tell you to remake the appointment. Think would you want to work in someone mouth who is sick?
