I have a tooth ache but do not know why
So a few days ago I was eating nothing to hard but I hard a crack noise in my mouth. I did not think much about it at the time because my teeth did not hurt and I did not see any broken teeth. Now whenever I chew I get a sharp pain in one of my back teeth. I have looked in the mirror but do not see any chips or cracks in my tooth. What can be causing my pain? Please help

You could have a hair line crack that you can not see. You will need to go to the dentist they will be able to see any thing wrong with your tooth with the X-Ray.

Well even if you can not see anything does not mean you did not damage your tooth. You do not get a sharp pain for nothing. The pain is trying to tell you something is wrong.
Go to the dentist have your tooth checked out. You do not want to wait just so it can get worse.
