Crazy nervous about wisdom teeth extraction
How can I calm my nerves
I will be having all four of my wisdom teeth extracted on Friday. How can I calm myself down. I am really nervous about having the procedure done. I will be under during the wisdom teeth extractions but knowing that is not helping me calm down.

I know how you feel I was the same way. It will be helpful that you will be going under during the process you will not remember anything part of it so that may help you some.
Also what may help is just let the dentist know you are nervous. He/She will walk you though the process and be a little more thoughtful of your concerns.

Well just try and relax and clear your mind before going into your appointment. Have someone drive you to your appointment so you do not have to worry about getting there. Tell the dentist of your worries so they can be address. Wisdom teeth are taken out all the time and you will be okay.
