Normally when you gums bleed it is a tell tell sign of gum disease. However maybe you are brushing to hard or flossing wrong causing you gums to bleed.
Before getting to upset about it see a dentist. A dentist can advise if you have any gum disease or just need to learn how to floss correctly

Well JoAnn seams to me that you are taking really good care of your teeth. Sometimes even though we are doing all we can do on our end to avoid teeth and gum issues we still get them.
At this point I would go to a dentist just to have the dentist check your gums out. If it is the on set of gingivitis or gum disease you want to start treatment of it right away.
