Gaps due to having a tooth extration
I will be getting metal braces soon but do to some crowding issues I had to have two teeth pulled first. Now I have some gaps. How long will it take for the braces to close up the gaps I now have? This whole process is making me nervous.

Do not worry so much the dentist is not going to remove teeth that do not have to come out. Any gaps you may have now will be closed when you get your braces. He probably just needed the room in order to straighten out your teeth correctly.

I had the same thing done when I had to have braces. Don’t let it worry you. The dentist will close the gaps when he straight and lines your teeth correctly.
Your teeth will look great after it is all done. Mine did and I would do it all over again if I had too. Knowing how great my teeth look now.
