Your braces could be making your gums swell a little but I would think after six mounts you would have gone back to normal. Talk to your dentist have have your dentist advise you about your gum issue

Talk to your dentist about your gums you may have the on set of gum disease. Which can be take care of by your dentist but you do not want to go to long without treatment.
