Teeth Retainers and eating
How long can you have your retainer off for while you are eating. I am new to having a retainer and I am told to take my retainer out while I eat. I find myself quickly eating as fast as I can because I worry that my teeth are going to shift while I am eating if I take to long. Can that happen? How long can I eat for and have the retainer out.

Your teeth are not going to shift while you eat so you do not have to eat faster. Just eat normally. After your done brush your teeth and put back in your retainer.
