Dental gold crowns
Were can you go for gold crowns? Do dentist even do gold crown anymore. I have three back molars that need new crowns and I would like gold crown instead of the porcine ones since they keep braking. I some times grind my teeth and crowns do not last with me. I was told Gold one would work and last much longer but I can not seem to find a dentist that does gold crowns. Please advise

I think something like that would be just making phone calls to your local dental offices to see who would do a gold crown. I know that the dentist by me still does gold crowns. So it seem like there should still be a dentist by you that does. Good luck to you

Maybe you were getting full porcine crowns. They are really nice looking but for back teeth they can not take as much stress as porcine fused to metal crowns.
Talk to your dentist about that as a choice. You may also want to look into getting a bite guard if you grind your teeth.
