In short you want really white teeth then go to the dentist. Other wise for something cheep use baking soda.

Just brush you teeth after every meal. Use toothpaste with whitening if you want. If you take good care of your teeth by brushing and flossing you do not have to worry about trying to whiten them.

Baking soda will help and is cheep. Or just use toothpaste with whiting. Neither one helps to whiten you teeth over night but given time does help whiten your teeth. At least with my person experience
