Hair line cracks in my front top teeth
I do not know what is wrong with my teeth
As a child I was prone to week teeth and got cavities pretty easy. So I had to make sure I brush very well and flossed all the time. The problem now is that I just started to notice these hair line cracks in my front top teeth. These cracks seem to be getting bigger to the point that my husband though my teeth were dirty.
This is so upsetting to me because I try so hard to keep my teeth healthy and now they look like they are cracking up. What can I do? Can a dentist save them. I am only 30 and do not want to have fake teeth. Please help.

Yes a dentist can always help you have healthier teeth and gums. I would advise seeing a dentist and finding out if your teeth are cracking then why. There are ways of fixing the cracks. Bounding or veneers may help but a dentist could tell you what they would advise.

Are you sure your teeth are cracking and not just stained or pitted. Either way I would suggest seeing a dentist. Doing nothing will not help the matter that is for sure.

Shiina, I had the same problem with my teeth. I just and bad tooth enamel which left my teeth open more so to tooth decay.
You could have been just born with bad enamel or it can happen if you are taking certain types of medicines. At least that was what was told to me by my dentist. Check with your dentist if dental sealants would help protect your teeth. Either way a dentist can tell you want would be the best thing to do
