Want to fix a broken night guard
I bought a night guard at my local drug store only a few days ago. I have been grinding my teeth at night when I sleep so I was trying to protect my teeth. The problem is I guess I bit down too hard and the platic broke. Is there a way to if it? Or if I have to buy another one a way to avoid braking it again?

Buy a new one. I would not want to waste time trying to fix a broken night guard. They are not to expensive when you are getting them at a local drug store.
If you brake another one the it is probably do to how hard you are biting or grinding your teeth. You may have to see a dentist if that is the case.

Maybe you just pick up a cheep night guard. I would not worry about trying to fix it but seeing a dentist for a fitted night guard may work out better for you.

The night guards you can pick up at a drug store are kind of cheep. I would may try getting another brand and seeing if that worked better. If you have the same problem you may need to see a dentist about getting fitted for one.
