Still feeling numb after wisdom tooth extraction
I just got one of my wisdom teeth removed. The one one the left bottom side of my mouth. It as been three hours now and I am still feeling numb from the Novocaine. My pass experiences with Novocaine the numbness only lasted an hour or two. Should I be worried that half my mouth is still numb?

Could be that the dentist just used more Novocaine then the last time since he was removing the Wisdom teeth. I would give it a few more hours before getting to worried about things. If you want call your dentist and see what they have to say about it.

When I had my Wisdom teeth remove the numbness of the Novocaine did not completely go away for like six hours. I would give it more time.

Probably nothing to worry about. Just call your dentist and ask them how long they feel you need to wait. Your dentist should know based on how much Novocaine he/she gave you at the time.
