Dental implant surgery and working out
I would like to know about how long do I need to wait before working out after having dental implant surgery. I just had four implants put in three days ago and I am for the most part feeling fine. I am an active guy and hate note working out. The oral surgeon told me not to do anything stressful. I am guessing he meant for me not to workout but he did not say for how long.

Give it at least two weeks. You can always just do some light workout. Like walking or stretching. I would not take the chance of messing around with the implants.
