How can I find a dentist without having dental insurance.
My insurance that I get though work does not offer dental. I just want to go to the dentist for my cleaning and check ups. Nothing is wrong with my teeth. I have called a few dental office that want to know what my insurance plan is. They will not book a dental appointment to me unless I have dental insurance. Where can I find a dentist that will take me on a cash bases? I just want a cleaning and X-rays I can pay for that much to be done.

That is odd dentist normally do not have a problem with someone that is going to paid for services on a cash basses if they are paying in full.
Are you asking for a payment plan? That sometimes dentist no longer due since they gotten suck on people not paying like they should.
I would call the dentist and let them know you would be paying in full for services render. Sometimes they will give a cash discount.

I really do not know of a dentist that would not take cash if you are paying in full for the services. So pretty much any dentist should take you in with out dental insurance or a dental plan.
Just let them know you will be paying in full for their services. With that said you may want to think about getting dental insurance or at least a dental discount plan. Both of which can save you money on your dental services.

Well you should think about getting a dental HMO or dental discount plan. Even if you only go in for your x-rays and cleanings those type of plans are well worth the low monthly cost to save on your dental needs.
Otherwise I never hear of a dentist that will not take cash up front. In fact my dentist will give you a discount for paying cash in full. Which I do then file my claim to the insurance company which does save me even more money.
