Teeth extraction, Having four baby teeth removed.
My son had an adult teeth coming out behind the baby tooth. So I took him to see the dentist as to way the baby tooth as not yet come out. In fact it is not even loose because I tried to pull on it a little to see. His dentist stated that this happen sometimes that the adult tooth will given time push the baby tooth out but he advises pulling it. He said that by pulling it it will help with the adult teeth coming out.
However after that he advises use to pull three other baby teeth that have yet to come out since he said there is a likely hood that those teeth will do the same. I guess I am fine will pulling the one tooth but should I really have the other three pulled now or can I wait. I mean they may just fall out on their own.

Waiting or not is up to you. The dentist is only advising that you may wish to pull the three baby teeth as a way of avoiding the other adult teeth from coming in like that last one.
One decision factor may be cost. If it is too costly for you to have for teeth pulled then wait until you may need to do so.
Another factor may be how well your son is with having his teeth pulled. It may be easier on him to only have the one tooth pulled and then if necessary the others.

If it was me I would wait. Money not being and issue I would still wait and see how his other teeth come in. I would only have the pulled if the dentist told me for sure they would come in the same way.

Well first question I guess is if it is a money issue for you to have the teeth pulled. Because if it is that is a factor you will have to account for.
However if it is not about money I would have the teeth pulled to make sure his adult teeth come in straight. I would rather do that they to take the chance that they don’t then then in the end have to pay for braces.
Talk to your dentist again have him go over both choices. Until you have a full understanding of what can happen if you choice to wait or not.
