Hi I am out here in TX and I have a really pain full toothache.   I will be seeing a dentist in three days which is the soonest I can get in.  Need advise on killing the pain.   Advile is not cutting it.   Anything advise at this point will be helpful since I will try almost anything.   Thanks.
