What could cause tooth discomfort when dental issues are ruled out
I have been having a slight toothache problem for the last year. The dentist has confirmed that my teeth are fine. I have no cavities or gum issues. However the teeth on my top left side hurt on and off. I is not a pain that is killing me or anything but I would like it to stop. How can I make the teeth pain go away when my teeth are fine

Rule out what maybe causing your teeth pain to find out what is left. Are your teeth being sensitive to hot and cold. Tat is not all teeth can be sensitive too. My teeth hurt sometimes when I get food that is sugary like candy, cake etc.
If you have any type of sinus issue it is true that sinus problems can make it seem like your teeth are hurting.
Another thing to check into is teeth grinding. You could be grinding your teeth our of stress or when you are sleep. Teeth grinding will cause not only your teeth to hurt your jaw to hurt too.
Since you stated the pain was off and all try flossing when you feel the pain just to make sure you do not have any food bits caught between your tooth and gum.
