Dental Implants, Need dental advise
I have been thinking about getting dental implants for the last few years now. I have four missing teeth in the back that I have a partial for. However, I really do not like having to wear a dental partial and would like to know more about possibility of getting dental implants instead. My dentist I go to now does not do dental implants so who would I talk to about implants?
Is there any dental office that I can go to for free information about having dental implants and how much they would cost me? I would like to know how other people liked their implants? Really any information would be great thanks.

You would want to talk to a cosmetic dentist for implants. Many will give you a free consult but you need to ask for it before making any appointment to see the dentist. I would start calling around.
