Dental plan help, What are some low cost family dental plans.
I am am 15 and my sister is 13. We have not been to the dentist in over four years since my dad had to change jobs and is no longer getting dental insurance though is work. He only makes about $10.00 an hour and has to support both my sister and I on what he makes.
I can understand that money is really tight. I would like to know is there any low monthly cost plans that he can get us? I have this one tooth that really hurts and I would really like to have it taken care of. I do not want to bring this up to my dad until I can also show him a way to get it done cheeper. Please any help would be great.

First tell your dad that you have a toothache. It is nice of you to worry about your dad and what your parents can or can not afford.
It fine if you do not tell your parents about the video game you would really want. But when it comes to your health it is not your place to keep it from them.
You let your parents decide what they can afford to do for you. Even if money is tight no parent would want their child to be in pain. By you not telling them your toothache can get worse and become a bigger problem. Hence making it more costly for your parents.

It is cool that you are thinking of your parents first. However I do agree you need to tell them about your toothache. Then if your dad or mom does not know what to do an are worried about taking you to see a dentist here are some things you can suggest.
They can buy a low cost dental HMO insurance plan or a dental discount plan, before taking you to see a dentist. They could check into seeing if there are any dental schools and or dental clinics both offer lower cost dental work
