How many times should you go to the dentist for a cleaning
I do not have dental insurance and I try to see the dentist at least once a year for my check up and cleaning. I would like to know is that okay to go only once a year. I really can not afford to do much more but I heard that you should see a dentist more the once a year. If that is so about how many time should you see a dentist?

You should go to the dentist at least twice a year. I think you should look at buying a HMO dental insurance plan. They have low monthly cost and they will be able to help you see the dentist more often.

You should see the dentist at least twice a year that assuming that you are only having to get a dental check up and cleaning done.
The dentist may have you come in more then just two times a year if you have additional dental needs.
I to would advise looking into buying either a dental HMO insurance plan or at least a dental discount plan. Both will make going to the dentist more affordable for you.
